Age:
26 Moons
Rank:
Deputy
Gender:
She-cat
Sexuality:
Undecided as of now....possibly bi.
Appearance:
Red tabby she-cat with green eyes
Personality:
Hard-Worker, Tempermental, Harsh, Go-getter
Squirrelfire is, despite all her faults, a very good deputy. She isn't afraid to take charge of situations, and doesn't back down from a fight easily. Surrender is just hard for her to accept, and even hates the word. She feels you must fight for what you believe in, and what you think is right, sometimes there may be consequences, but at least you felt you did right.
Her temper is part of her charm, it can be set off very easily if something doesn't go her way, or the way she was expecting. She's no perfectionist, but she does like things done right and well. It's best to stay on Squirrelfire's good side, let's just keep it at that.
She doesn't take her job as serious as she probably should, not that she abuses her power, she just has issues with staying serious. It's hard for Squirrelfire to keep a straight face when someone is telling her and actually acting serious about it. It's not as if she is trying to be mean or cruel to someone, she just can't help it. And sometimes the end result is harsh words, but it's life, you can't expect it to always go the way you think it will.
Squirrelfire has a tendency to come off a bit harsh, but she doesn't mean to, it's just her. She may be a pretty she-cat but she never has really taken an interest in toms, she always felt like she should do her duty as a warrior first, and that if a tom so happened to come in her life it was fine. But a tom has yet to come in her life so all of her time and energy is dedicated to the clan. Maybe a tom could calm her down, it wouldn't take much to open up this she-cat's heart with the right someone. Who knows, maybe he will bring back her troublesome side.
She's not really one to like kits too much, she enjoys apprentices, though. Kits are too much of a nuisance and bother others, and tend to get in the way, while apprentices are the ones to teach and train, the future warriors of the clan. You'll never see Squirrelfire in the nursery unless it is something absolutely necessary.

History:
Squirrelkit
Squirrelkit was born into a litter of two kits to parents of different clans. Her mother, Ashfeather, was of OakClan, while her father, Orangeleaf, was of SmokeClan. The two had fallen in love one day at a gathering and before they knew it, were expecting kits. The two cats were out and about, taking a stroll on the border of their clans when the kits came. Ashfeather gave birth to two healthy kits, a tom and a she-kit, both having ginger fur. Ashfeather was torn, not knowing what to do. Orangeleaf wanted one of the kits, and she wanted only to make him happy. So the two kits were split, the tom going with his mother to OakClan, and the she-kit going to SmokeClan with her father.
And so begins the story of Squirrelkit in SmokeClan. She was given to a queen, who had three moon old kits of her own, losing one of them the day before Squirrelkit was born, and was happy to raise Squirrelkit as her own. And so Squirrelkit began to play with the other kits in the nursery as she grew, always wanting to be the leader of the group, and cause the most trouble. She was the hard-worker, the one who knew what she wanted and didn't want anything less. She may have been a little pushy, but she made sure she won. Her older litter mates loved her, always treating her like a sister, and she knew no better. And she would have Orangeleaf visiting her all the time, telling her so many fun stories.

Squirrelpaw
And soon came time for Squirrelkit to be apprenticed. She was given to a serious and very strict warrior, Loophole. Training progressed well, and she proved to be much like her father in strength and speed. Squirrelpaw was out training one day when one of her littermates/best friend, Ternpaw, came running toward her telling her the worst news she could ever imagine. Her father had been killed, his body washed away by the river. Her paws became so weak that Squirrelpaw was carried back to camp by her mentor and best friend. With no body to mourn, Squirrelpaw would never see her father's face again. It felt like time was standing still and if not for the support of her 'mother' and littermates, there was no way she would have been able to cope with such devastating news. Squirrelpaw recovered somewhat after a moon or so, deciding to honor her father by finishing her training and being a warrior like he was.
Squirrelfire
Squirrelpaw was named Squirrelfire within the next couple moons, and proved to be an excellent warrior. She had watched her littermates become warriors a couple moons before she did, and envied them, as she was once again without them by her side. When she finally became Squirrelfire, her littermates had been the first to congratulate her, and make her nest right beside theirs. They were together again, and epic adventures were in their futures. The four were always known for getting into trouble, and were back to apprentice duties the majority of the time. Terncall had fallen in love with a tom, Grassfoot, and that had settled the she-cat down. Squirrelfire felt lost without her best friend, and even though she had Thrushwing and Ospreyflight, it still wasn't the same.
Squirrelfire-Deputy
[/left]Squirrelfire had somewhat stopped all of her troublesome days, and it seemed like just in time. The leader announced Squirrelfire the new deputy of the clan. This was a shock to many, the former troublesome cat surely wasn't fit to one day lead the clan. But so far Squirrelfire has done quite well, and her troublesome side hasn't come up in moons.
